The Exhibition “Belarus and Belarusians”

On 22 November, 2016 the exhibition “Belarus and Belarusians” of the National History Museum of the Republic of Belarus has been opened in the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia.
The exhibition reflects the history and culture of Belarus from the positions of modern history science, highlights the processes of formation and development of the Belarusian ethnos, nation, state, the features of historical formation of spiritual, material and cultural processes and their relationship with the world history and culture, introduces the monuments of historical and cultural heritage of Belarus.
Chargé d’affairs of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Latvia Yaroslav Mitskevich and Deputy Speaker of the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia Gundars Daudze, as well as the Chairman of the group of interparliamentary relations with Belarus Arturs Rubiks opened the exhibition.
